Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Place the device, original packaging, and all included accessories into a secure shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and use a trackable shipping service to send the item back to our fulfillment center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
